This Site is provided by The Charitable Giving Center EIN# 92-1162407 (hereinafter known as “Giving Center,” “Real Estate with Causes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and all affiliated charitable funding programs. This Site is intended for informational and charitable donation purposes. By accessing or using this Site, or by conducting business with The Charitable Giving Center or its agents or affiliates, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Site or download any materials from it.

The Charitable Giving Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or otherwise update these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or updates.

1. PRIVACY POLICY: INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personally identifiable information (PII). While you can visit most of this Site without revealing your identity, we collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you inquire about, register for, or initiate an asset donation.   • Property & Asset Data: Property addresses, deed information, parcel numbers, acreage, and structural details necessary to evaluate real estate or alternative asset donations.
  • Financial Data: Information required to process legal transfers, evaluate mortgages, or issue appropriate IRS tax documentation.

This Site is not intended for persons under 14 years of age.

  • To review, evaluate, and process real estate and alternative asset donations.

To assure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general public, and that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in the not-for-profit organizations and causes they are asked to support, we declare that all donors have these rights:

  1. To be informed of the organization’s mission, of the way the organization intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for their intended purposes.
  2. To be informed of the identity of those serving on the organization’s governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities.
  3. To have access to the organization’s most recent financial statements.
  4. To be assured their gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given.
  5. To receive appropriate acknowledgement and recognition.
  6. To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law.
  7. To expect that all relationships with individuals representing organizations of interest to the donor will be professional in nature.
  8. To be informed whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the organization or hired solicitors.
  9. To have the opportunity for their names to be deleted from mailing lists that an organization may intend to share.
  10. To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers.

3. TERMS OF USE & LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, custom graphics, images, audio, video, code, and interfaces, is derived from materials supplied by the Giving Center and its licensees and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and print materials for personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. Any unauthorized republication, reverse engineering, disassembly, or distribution of site content without explicit written consent from the Giving Center is strictly prohibited.

Limited License

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Giving Center grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use, and display this Site and its materials.

User Conduct & Membership

Users are prohibited from uploading, transmitting, or distributing content through this site that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. The formal request for and processing of asset donations within this website is restricted to registered members of this charity only. While the general public can view informational pages, interactive donation workflows are designated strictly for member stewardship.
