This Site is provided by The Charitable Giving Center EIN# 92-1162407 (hereinafter known as “Giving Center,” “Real Estate with Causes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and all affiliated charitable funding programs. This Site is intended for informational and charitable donation purposes. By accessing or using this Site, or by conducting business with The Charitable Giving Center or its agents or affiliates, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. - To be informed of the identity of those serving on the organization’s governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities.

- To be assured their gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given.
- To receive appropriate acknowledgement and recognition.
- To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law.
- To expect that all relationships with individuals representing organizations of interest to the donor will be professional in nature.
- To be informed whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the organization or hired solicitors.
- To have the opportunity for their names to be deleted from mailing lists that an organization may intend to share.
- To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers.

Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, custom graphics, images, audio, video, code, and interfaces, is derived from materials supplied by the Giving Center and its licensees and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and print materials for personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. Any unauthorized republication, reverse engineering, disassembly, or distribution of site content without explicit written consent from the Giving Center is strictly prohibited.
